Shipping and Delivery

At Fern Jewellery, every piece is handmade with care in Scotland. Once your jewellery has been carefully finished, packaged and prepared, it will be dispatched to you using a reliable tracked delivery service.

Processing Your Order

As each item is individually handcrafted, orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. During particularly busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll always do our best to keep you informed.

UK Delivery

We currently offer tracked delivery throughout the UK to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.

Delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Packaging

Every order is beautifully presented in a Fern Jewellery gift box, wrapped in soft tissue paper and carefully packaged in a padded envelope or sturdy postal box to protect your jewellery during transit.

International Delivery

At present, Fern Jewellery delivers within the UK only. We hope to introduce international shipping in the future, so please check back for updates as we continue to grow.
