How long will my order take?

As each piece of Fern Jewellery is handmade in Scotland, orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. Once your order has been posted, you'll receive confirmation and tracking details (where applicable). During particularly busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we'll always aim to get your jewellery to you as quickly as possible.

How much does postage cost?

We offer tracked UK delivery to ensure your jewellery arrives safely. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Can I commission a bespoke piece of jewellery?

At the moment, Fern Jewellery is focused on creating original handmade collections and is not currently accepting commissions. However, bespoke jewellery is something we hope to offer in the future, so please check back or follow us on social media for the latest updates.

Is every piece handmade?

Yes. Every item is individually handcrafted in Scotland with great care and attention to detail. Because each piece is made by hand, slight variations in colour, texture or finish are part of what makes your jewellery unique.

Is my jewellery suitable for gifting?

Absolutely. Every order is beautifully presented in a jewellery box, wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packaged, making it perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas or any special occasion.

How do I care for my jewellery?
